A house for a pianist. This project involved the complete rebuilding of an existing two bed estate house and a 100% extension. The brief required the a portion of the house to become a music studio/performance space and to have a close relationship with the garden. The house is clad in untreated cedar with 300mm of cellulose insulation within the timber frame walls.
